While our focus is on preventative care at Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh, we’re also dedicated to being there for you when you are sick, anytime you need us. As a direct care practice, we make every effort to schedule appointments on the same day you call us in cases of sick visits and acute care needs.
Appointments with the physicians at DCPP are typically 30 minutes, but can go as long as 90. We’re here to do whatever it takes to provide you with the examinations, treatments, and diagnoses you need to be truly well. Additionally, you won’t be aren't charged a copay for each time you need a return visit. Good healthcare takes time and continuity, and that’s our mission at DCPP.
Note that you can also spend half an hour with one of our doctors during an initial consultation, where you can explore the DPC care model and ask us questions directly. You will have no obligation to register with us following a consultation. No medical advice or treatment will be offered at this consultation.
