January 2023 - Reset Your Routine

The New Year is here! While many people use this time for resolutions in hopes to make sweeping changes in their lives, did you know that most people give up on those goals in less than a month? At Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh, we believe that small, healthy and incremental changes over time yield the best results so that you incorporate tangible action items into your regimen without feeling overwhelmed or discouraged.

Instead of resolutions, let’s hit the reset button this year. What new actions that promote healthy living can you encourage in your daily routine? Start with scheduling your annual physical with your direct care physician at DCPP. Let us support you with a plan so you can move through your goals one at a time – at a pace that makes sense for you. Life is a journey, not a destination. Let’s walk the path together!
